    Sounds good until you think about . . .
    In August 1991 I contracted with a small local builder in Maffra, Vic for a custom designed 160m2 solar passive house.
    4 week Site Start!
    16 week Construction!
    In by Christmas!
    Ongoing quality Issues ZERO!
