The sanctuary is operated by Zoos Victoria which is a not-for-profit organisation committed to tconservation. Membership of Zoos Victoria costs $88 for an adult and is free for children 15 years or under. Membership includes unlimited access to Healesville, Werribee and Melbourne in Victoria, as well as free entry to Taronga Zoo, Adelaide Zoo, Perth Zoo, Western Plains Zoo (NSW) and Monarto Zoo (SA).
