Tilby and I have decided to build the Waldorf 48 floor plan with the following upgrades...

• Upgrading to the family room and guest bedroom option (for the ground floor
• Adding a second alfresco area to the house
• Replacing two ensuites to create a shared bathroom upstairs for the two kid's bedrooms

There are many other "tweaks" that we have made to the design and we will document these once everything is "signed, sealed and delivered" (i.e. after tender!).
